Fantastic weekend & it's not over yet!

Happy Super Bowl Sunday!

Melly was here for an appt; we squeezed in Avatar 3D, Moose's Tooth, and exercise, yehoo! I attended the ASD CTE conference Friday night and missed chicken fried moose with Steve, Mel and the kids; it was yummy for breakfast anyway. I snuck out of the conference today to go to Women of Science with Girl Scouts. Very fun and we had a perfect agenda, future nurses, robots, and Alaska fish! Marina was a beautiful oldies nurse! Lots of fun, then back to the conference for prizes. To top off the day, we went to the gym for an hour before consuming the yummy meal in the picture above, 10 shrimp, moose, and salad...protein is my friend. Looking forward to the Superbowl tomorrow after church, Steve & I watch 1 game a year and it's always a blast.

A happy safe weekend to everyone!

LoneStar after church on Sunday,

Hubba hubba!

What day is it? Some times I have to stop and think...am I coming, am I going, help, Calgon take me away. j/k ;-) Girl Scouts tonight and Cub Scouts tomorrow. All said, I actually feel better now than I have all week. Been squeezing in cardio every day & upper body when I can. I spent today presenting at Chugiak. It's very rewarding and a lot of fun to talk to students about the future.

Not too many pics this week. We had a great weekend with the kids while we were moving two boats and a motor home, ugh! We took them to storage while they were still covered...fun watching Steve drive under lights ;-) The pucker factor took effect, not to mention all the looks he got while driving.

A fast and furious weekend ahead too...will post pics! I'll be alone with hubby, yehoo! I plan on laying in bed for hours. We have mucho many plans with the kids for weeks to come, it never ends, especially scouts! Clam season is also less than two months out...time to start planning, here comes summer.

Hope life is good for all, it feels pretty good here!

Take care ~Heather

The weekend was great!
We worked out Friday, Saturday, Sunday and we will go today too. We also had another scrumptious meal of sashimi king salmon, panko shrimp, and salad last night. Probably not so good for losing weight, but oh so good! I am the most spoiled girl as far as meals are concerned. Steve hunts the meat, kills the meat, processes the meat, cooks the meat, and he shares with everyone, he is a babe. It is really rewarding to subsist for the greater portion of our protein, plus, it's sooo yummy! Hunter is home & we get Marina at five, looking forward to family time.

Happy Monday & have a great week!
Peace to everyone!
Heather
