In the driveway...

disgruntled artsy type
left marks on the truck!

(while I was home)

In broad daylight. I can only imagine who'd do such a thing. Seems a little personal, my guess...young & dumb. My truck's getting a much needed bath now, thanks in a wankers kinda way. Too much drama, we're all about easy living here ;-) the people you've offended forgive you. Good luck with the ol' karma fairy.

...happy dance ;-)

Hardly time to post anymore...

we love celebrating!

Our first new treadmill is almost put together downstairs...yea! Hopefully Steve will finish putting it together tonight. Wellness goal: four pounds in four weeks. We've been eating pretty good, but we've got to get more cardio, more often. We bought an elliptical that we need to pick up, maybe Sunday after church. Our incentive/reward: new 32" flat screen for the workout area. Sears had a family & friends night last Sunday. The same day we priced out treadmills, good for Sears, thanks for the mileage.

Steve just ordered six new tires from Costco
for the motor home, to the tune of $1157. No mileage with that transaction, darn it. I'm hoping our friend Kevin will do the brakes for us...Steve can help with the labor. We've got to be ready to head out for clams in April!

We had a really good parent teacher conference last night. Both kids are doing well. Marina's teachers all said she is in the groove. We are really proud of both kids.

Hunter & Marina got the boot!

...and they will again today,
fresh snow,
come one, come all!

HAVE FUN!
the end!
Thanks again ASD for the two 1/2 days and the extra long weekend...love it!
It's really Friday and we have a lot to be thankful for...;-)

Our new ride!

Bayliners are us!

Ya should have seen me climbing up the swim step and crawling into this boat, very FUN with a skirt on. We only had flashlights inside and Steve gave it the go over outside. A nice clean boat, with a good trailer. Hopefully it will last a few+ years...with growing kids and all! The v berth is lovely! Very tall and long, with wide ledges all the way around. Yea for mom! Now to figure out the logistics involved in buying this boat. Steve's at work today and he just called to say that he forgot his glasses. I guess I should get ready to go bring him his barnacles. So much for not leaving the house today. ha!

Have a great Saturday!
Heather

Hunter made this for me!

Scout Weekend!

Very spoiled!

The kids finished up Christmas last night.

Hunter borrowed his dad's IPod Nano.

Steve is getting a new 20" Stihl, his belated Xmas. To chop down trees on the property! We finally dug out the area out front, the first time all winter. The motor home needs to be accessible. She's getting new brakes and rubber in the next month or so. That will feel good. We put a lot of miles on her in our travels. We're planning a trip to the property for spring break, which will be here before ya know it...the April clam tide is on the books now too. Both kids have swimming engagements for scouts this weekend, one at UAA today and one at H2Oasis tomorrow. Steve is working on Saturday now, so our routine is changing a bit. Rockfish for dinner tonight, per the chef. Sunday school and Confirmation start tomorrow, so the weekend is BOOKED. Life is good. Looking forward to the long weekend in a couple weeks, sans kids. We look forward to a fun summer in a new boat, if the right one comes along...the family would be so stoked!

It's sure nice to have time to post.
Peace be with you.

Happy trails,
wherever they may lead.
I'm off like a herd of turtles.
